Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use RealDubbing text-to-speech, dialogue, account, credit, and subscription services.

Last updated: 2026-07-11

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Champagne Tech Ltd, company number 16816064, registered at 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG ("RealDubbing", "we", "us", or "our"). They apply to realdubbing.com and the RealDubbing free and paid services.

By using RealDubbing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use RealDubbing for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The service

RealDubbing provides browser-based tools for converting text into speech, arranging multi-character dialogue, previewing voices, generating audio, and—where available—using premium voice models, credits, subscriptions, or a custom API provider.

Generated speech is produced using third-party voice services. Results may vary by language, voice, punctuation, model, provider availability, and input. RealDubbing is a creative and productivity tool; it is not a guarantee of factual accuracy, identity, pronunciation, emotional tone, or suitability for a particular legal, medical, financial, accessibility, broadcast, or commercial purpose.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve and supervise your use.

You must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share an account in a way that compromises security or bypasses plan limits.

4. Your content and permissions

"Your Content" includes scripts, dialogue, prompts, instructions, project data, and other material you submit. You retain your rights in Your Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, reproduce, and process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to comply with law.

You promise that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit Your Content and create, use, publish, or distribute the resulting audio. This includes permissions relating to copyright, privacy, publicity, performers, trademarks, confidential information, and personal data.

Do not submit sensitive or confidential information unless you are authorised and have appropriate safeguards. Voice and AI providers process submitted content as explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Responsible use

You must not use RealDubbing to:

  • break the law, evade sanctions, or facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, harassment, threats, exploitation, or violence;
  • impersonate a real person, mislead others about a speaker's identity, create deceptive endorsements, or present synthetic audio as authentic where that would be misleading or unlawful;
  • infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, personality, performer, trademark, or other rights;
  • generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, hateful abuse, or instructions that materially enable wrongdoing;
  • distribute malware, spam, or harmful code, or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, providers, or data;
  • scrape, reverse engineer, overload, circumvent rate limits, resell access without permission, or interfere with RealDubbing;
  • bypass payment, credit, subscription, authentication, or technical controls.

Where appropriate, disclose that audio is synthetic. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated audio before use and for meeting platform, advertising, accessibility, election, consumer-protection, and industry rules that apply to your publication.

6. Generated audio

As between you and RealDubbing, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use generated audio created from Your Content subject to these Terms, your plan, and any third-party provider terms that apply. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

Copyright and other rights in AI-generated material vary by jurisdiction and cannot be guaranteed. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. No output is exclusive, endorsed by a depicted person, or cleared for every use. You must listen to and verify the result before publishing it.

7. Free service, credits, and subscriptions

We may offer free usage subject to fair-use, technical, geographic, voice, or rate limits. Free limits can change to protect service quality and provider capacity.

Premium generation may require credits or an active plan. The checkout page shows the price, currency, billing interval, included credits or features, and renewal terms before purchase. Credits are a limited contractual right to use eligible RealDubbing features; they are not money, stored value, or transferable property. Unless the checkout page states otherwise, credits may expire and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal through the available account or billing controls, or by contacting us. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Deleting an account does not automatically reverse a completed charge.

Prices may change for future purchases or renewal periods. We will provide advance notice where required by law. Taxes and currency conversion may be added by the payment provider or applicable authorities.

8. Refunds and cancellation rights

Our Refund Policy explains the process for requesting a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Depending on your location, you may have a statutory cancellation period or remedies when a digital service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill or digital content is faulty.

Where permitted by law, your cancellation right for digital content or immediately performed digital services may be reduced or lost once supply begins after your express request and acknowledgement. Credits already used and successfully completed generation are generally treated as consumed, subject always to mandatory law and remedies for defective service.

9. Custom API providers

If you add a custom voice provider, you instruct your browser to send requests directly to that provider. You are responsible for the endpoint, API key, costs, provider terms, security, data handling, output rights, and technical compatibility. RealDubbing does not control, endorse, bill for, or guarantee a custom provider and is not responsible for charges or loss caused by your provider configuration, except where the law does not allow that exclusion.

10. Intellectual property

RealDubbing, its interface, software, brand, documentation, design, and original site content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the service or brand.

Feedback may be used by us without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but voice providers, networks, browsers, maintenance, security incidents, and events outside our control can cause delays or interruptions. We may add, change, suspend, or retire a feature. Where a change materially harms a paid service, we will give reasonable notice or an appropriate remedy where required by law.

Do not rely on RealDubbing as the sole copy of important scripts or audio. Keep your own backups, especially because browser-stored projects may be lost when browser data is cleared.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using RealDubbing at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, secure the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. We may terminate an account for a material or repeated breach. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Sections that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—survive termination.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, RealDubbing is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, a particular voice or provider, or that generated audio will satisfy every legal or commercial requirement. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability that law does not permit us to limit.

If you use RealDubbing as a consumer, we are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach, but not business losses. If you use RealDubbing for business purposes, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the paid service is limited to the amount you paid to RealDubbing in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where such a limit is prohibited by law.

15. Indemnity for business users

If you use RealDubbing for business purposes, you will indemnify us against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, your published audio, or your unlawful use, to the extent caused by your breach of these Terms or another person's rights. This section does not apply to consumers where prohibited by law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law of the country where you live.

Please contact support@realdubbing.com first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service, security, legal, or commercial changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. For material changes affecting an active paid service, we will provide additional notice where reasonably required. Continuing to use the service after the new Terms take effect means you accept them, but this does not remove mandatory cancellation or consumer rights.
