Cookie Policy
How RealDubbing uses cookies, browser storage, analytics, and consent controls.

1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how RealDubbing uses cookies and similar browser technologies on realdubbing.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small text record stored by a website. Local storage and IndexedDB are browser features that can keep preferences, projects, or media on your device. For simplicity, this policy refers to these technologies together as "browser storage" where appropriate.
2. Essential technologies
Essential storage is needed to operate, secure, and remember the core service. It may be used for:
- account authentication, sessions, sign-in security, and fraud prevention;
- language, theme, and interface preferences;
- recording your cookie choice;
- rate limiting, load balancing, and technical delivery;
- saving TTS history, recent audio, favourite voices, Dialogue projects, and custom provider settings on your device.
Essential technologies do not require consent where they are strictly necessary, although you can block them through browser settings. Blocking them may prevent sign-in, saved projects, or other features from working.
3. Optional analytics
If enabled for the site and accepted by you, analytics services such as Google Analytics or Plausible may collect page views, referral information, approximate location derived from IP address, browser or device details, and interaction events. We use this information to understand product performance and improve usability.
We do not load optional analytics through our consent-controlled interface until you choose Accept all, where consent is required.
4. Optional customer-support tools
If configured and accepted, support tools such as Crisp or Tawk may set identifiers so the chat can continue between pages or visits. If you contact support through such a tool, the provider may receive your message, account details you choose to share, IP address, device details, and chat history.
You can always contact us by email without accepting optional support cookies.
5. Third-party sign-in and payments
Google, GitHub, or another identity provider may use its own storage when you choose its sign-in option. Payment providers may use cookies or security signals on checkout pages to authenticate payments, prevent fraud, and remember payment state. These technologies are controlled by the relevant provider and governed by its policies.
6. Browser-only product data
RealDubbing intentionally stores some working data locally so the core product can be useful without an account. This may include scripts, Dialogue scenes, generated audio encoded for local playback, voice favourites, recent history, and custom API credentials.
Clearing site data removes this local content and may not be reversible. Back up important scripts and audio before clearing browser storage. Custom provider keys are designed to stay in your browser and be sent directly to the provider endpoint you choose.
7. Your choices
On your first visit, you can accept optional technologies or continue with essential storage only. You can reopen Cookie Settings from the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future optional loading in this browser; it does not make earlier processing unlawful.
You can also delete or block site data using browser controls. Browser settings vary, so consult your browser's privacy or site-data instructions. If you use several browsers or devices, make the choice on each one.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when technologies or providers change. The date above shows the latest revision.
